What to email about

• Wrong hours on a chain page – tell us which page and what is wrong, and we will verify and update.
• A U.S. chain we do not cover yet – tell us the chain name and we will add it. We add new chains regularly based on reader requests and search demand.
• A holiday schedule change – if a chain announces new holiday hours we have not picked up, link us to the announcement.
• A broken page or display issue – mention which device and browser you saw it on.

What we cannot help with

We cannot help with order issues, lost packages, account questions, prescription refills, returns, or pricing for any specific chain. For those, contact the chain directly using the customer service phone number listed on its hours page on this site.
