Most wireless and telecom stores run 10:00 AM through 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM through 6:00 PM Sunday at the majority of stores. Mall-based wireless kiosks follow the host mall’s hours (typical 10:00 AM through 9:00 PM weekdays). Authorized retailer stores often run different hours from corporate-owned stores; the locator at each carrier’s website indicates corporate vs authorized.

Christmas Day is closed chain-wide. Thanksgiving Day is typically closed. Easter Sunday is closed at many stores. Black Friday is the single busiest sales day of the year (heavy device-promotion volume) and the chain-wide expanded hours typically apply (6:00 AM open at many stores).

Beyond device sales, most stores handle plan changes, troubleshooting, device repair, and accessory purchases. Bill payment is supported at corporate-owned stores.
